Offers University of Melbourne Postgraduate Scholarships (MUPS) (30 annually for international students) in all major fields.
Eligibility: Applicants with a four years Bachelor's degree at first class honours level to undertake a Masters degree by research or a Ph.D. degree programme , proficiency in English required (TOEFL 580 or IELTS 6.5)
Duration: Maximum of 2 years for Masters degree and of 3 and a half years for Ph.d, second class honours degree and reasonable proficiency in English, for Ph.D.
Value: $13 156 per year (in 1994).
When and whom to apply: By 31st October to the General Manager (Graduate Studies).
